The CultureCheck is an analysis tool for reflecting upon and further developing the Culture of Prevention in companies and educational institutions with at least 50 employees.
By assessing the six fields of action of leadership, communication, participation, error culture, social climate as well as safety and health, a comprehensive overview of the prevention culture in companies and educational institutions is possible.
The tool takes into account different perspectives in the company or educational institution. The StructureCheck tool identifies the structural conditions for each field of action. The EmployeeCheck captures the employees’ views on the individual fields of action.
The CultureCheck is available in German only and can be downloaded as a brochure (IAG Report 2/2018: Der KulturCheck (dguv.de)) or used via the web app (requires dguv.de login).
